Our engineer is fully trained with over 30 years experience and up to date with the latest technology.
Our USP's are that we never charge an hourly rate and we never charge a call out fee on top. Our labour charge is fixed so this means you're never hit with a surprise bill.
We understand the importance of keeping your machine up and running especially if you have no back up. If we can't be with you the same day we aim for next working day.
We guarantee all of our spares and parts for 3 months. If any part was to fail then we'd replace the item at no cost to you.
If you require an engineer urgently we'd advise to use the chat system or call us for the fastest response. Don't worry if it's out of office hours as even if we're not in the office the call is diverted to our mobiles and the chat system is always manned.
